2 sliced onions
2 sliced carrots
2 sliced celery
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1tsp soy sauce
2T sherry
1tsp instant beef stock
1Tbsp brown sugar
Brown the meat. Dump everything in the slow cooker
