Resepi K Noor

Bahan-bahan:
500 gm daging batang pinang
2 biji limau nipis (diambil airnya jika kurang masam boleh tambah sebiji lagi)
2 biji tomato (di buang biji kemudian dipotong nipis)
2 sudu besar sos ikan
garam secukup rasa
1 labu bawang besar }
12 tangkai cili padi }
3 tangkai cili merah }
2 batang serai } dihiris
2 tangkai daun ketumbar }
secubit gula jika suka


Cara membuat:
Daging dibakar sehingga masak dan dihiris nipis-nipis.
Gaulkan daging bersama bahan-bahan yang dihiris.
Masukkan sos ikan, tomato, gula, garam dan air limau nipis.
