1 paket tepung pulut
1 cawan tepung beras
1/2 cawan gula (tak mo bg meletup, boh gula sikit)

Ingredients :
50 - 60 gm sesame seeds
Oil for frying
Dough : 240g glutinous rice flour (tepung pulut)
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon lime water (air kapur)
190 - 200 ml water (I used an extra 10ml)
a bit of salt
Filling :
100g green beans ~ soaked for 6 hours enough water to boil the green beans
60 - 80 g sugar
30g fresh coconut ~ grated
2 tablespoons flour
Method :
1. For the filling : Boil the green beans with enough water till soft. Leave just a bit of water, add sugar, grated coconut and flour. Stir till well mixed on slow fire. Remove from heat and let cool. 2. In a bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, flour, lime water and salt.
3. Pour in the water, a little at a time and knead to form a soft dough.
4. Take a bit of dough, flatten it and put the filling in the middle. Cover the filling and make it round.
5. Roll the dough in the sesame seeds.
6. Heat oil and fry till golden brown.(I think it is best to fry on medium heat)
